PAYMENT TERMS
 
We generally accept payments in US Dollars. Though we are open to negotiate in terms of any of the International Basket Currencies viz. Pounds, Sterlings, DM's,Euro and Yen.Options for Payment :
 
 
 
Full Advance Payment
This method is most convenient for smaller orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other modes of payments. You may send your payment by Bank Draft favouring M/s. Ai Exim.
 
Documents against payment (D/p)
For big orders we expect that you send us 20% of the invoice value in advance, the balance payment is payable against the delivery of documents through your bank.This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.
 
Documents against Acceptence (D/a)
This works under the situation of 100% advance payment.
 
Letter of Credit (L/c)
We can deliver you the consignment against 100% confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at New Delhi.The Bank Charges as per the terms of The Letter Of Credit is to be paid by the Buyer.

We can deliver the shipment both by sea freight and air freight however other modes of delivery of goods like AirPost Parcel, SeaPost Parcel, SpeedPost, EMS etc too can be done without any probelem.

It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping cost or we can send the goods on "Freight To Pay basis".

Shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment destination and Mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us to exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you.
